How it begins

You never have to guess the next step. Every path begins the same way, and you set the pace.

  1. A complimentary conversation

A quiet hour to talk about where you are, what has been happening, and what has felt unfinished. No cost, no obligation, no pressure to continue.

  2. An honest read of where you are

A first, gentle sense of where you may be on the path — restoration, remembrance, awakening, or further along — and what might genuinely help.

  3. A path, walked in order

A recommendation that fits: a single session, the 12-week journey, or simply time. If it is the journey, you walk it one stage at a time, with a guide beside you.

Maybe you have known it since childhood.

None of this means something is wrong with you. It may mean something in you is ready to be remembered.

  • Perhaps you have always felt older than your years.
  • Perhaps you look at the night sky and feel something like homesickness.
  • Perhaps coincidence has never felt like a good enough explanation.
  • Perhaps you sense what others feel before they say a word.
  • Perhaps an ordinary life has never quite fit, no matter how honestly you tried to live it.

About your guide

I did not go looking for this path.

It came and found me.

It usually does.

The Remembrance Path is the practice I wish had existed when my own sun was coming up. I guide the way I needed to be guided: gently, honestly, within what you believe — one step at a time, in order, at your pace.

Questions, answered honestly

Do I need any experience with spiritual work?

No. The journey begins with restoration — a gentle arrival — and builds from wherever you are. Long-time practitioners and complete beginners walk the same path at their own depth.

What if I don't identify as a Starseed or believe in past lives?

That is entirely fine. The course invites you to explore within your own framework of belief. Nothing is imposed, and no belief is required — only a willingness to look honestly at your own experience.

How much time does it take each week?

Plan for the weekly live session (about 90 minutes) plus 15–20 minutes of daily practice. The practices are designed for real lives, not retreats.

Is this therapy or a substitute for it?

No. This is spiritual guidance for personal exploration. It is not medical or psychological care, and it works best alongside — never instead of — any professional support you need.
